How matching works now

CoachHub checks opportunity industry first. After that, match quality improves with country, city, delivery type or preferred format, and rate fit.

Common questions

Quick answers before you open a guide

What profile field matters most for opportunity matching?

Industry matters first. If the opportunity industry does not loosely match the trainer industries on the profile, CoachHub treats it as a mismatch and blocks the application.

What happens after a trainer applies?

The application is stored, a company conversation is created or reused, and the application details are inserted into that conversation so the company can review and reply from the dashboard.

Can companies post opportunities without searching trainers first?

Yes. Companies can go straight to the dashboard opportunity flow, publish a structured brief, and let matching trainers review and apply.

Need the next action instead of more reading?

Start with registration if you are new, jump to trainer search if you are hiring, or open the dashboard if you already have an account and need to continue a live workflow.
