Trainer onboarding

Register first. Build the profile right after.

CoachHub trainer matching depends on the quality of your profile, not only on having an account. Use this page to move from registration into a profile that companies can trust and the platform can match correctly.

Best first result Visible profile

Keep your trainer profile complete and search-visible so companies can find you and matching can work properly.

Most important fields

Industries, delivery type, preferred formats, city, country, and hourly rate shape how opportunities fit your trainer profile.

Step by step

How to register as a trainer

  1. Open the registration page and choose Trainer Account.
  2. Complete your name, email, phone, country, city, and password details.
  3. Submit the form. Trainer accounts continue into the trainer profile workflow instead of the company dashboard setup.
  4. After login, open your profile page and complete the public trainer sections before you start applying.
Important: A trainer account without a completed trainer profile will not perform well in search or matching. The platform expects more than a basic login.
Profile setup

Complete the fields that matter first

Headline and about

Use a clear headline and a practical about section that explains your specialty, target audience, and business outcomes.

Country, city, and languages

Location helps with fit, while languages help companies understand whether you can deliver to their audience.

Industries, audience, and preferred formats

Industries are especially important because opportunity matching starts there. Preferred formats and audience details make your profile easier to shortlist.

Delivery type and hourly rate

These fields influence whether your profile looks commercially aligned with the opportunity requirements and budget.

Matching impact

What affects your opportunity fit

CoachHub checks opportunity industry first. If the industries on your trainer profile do not match the required industry on the opportunity, the platform treats that opportunity as a mismatch.

When industry matches, the fit becomes stronger when your country, city, delivery type or preferred formats, and rate align with the opportunity.

Practical rule: do not leave your industries generic or empty. Industry quality is the fastest way to improve the right opportunity feed.
