Trainer matching

Find opportunities that fit your profile.

CoachHub does not treat every open opportunity the same. This guide explains where to look, what the platform checks first, and how to improve your match quality before you apply.

Matching rule Industry first

If the opportunity industry does not match your trainer industries, the platform treats it as unavailable for your profile.

Then score improves with

Country, city, delivery type or preferred formats, and rate fit all help the opportunity move from acceptable to stronger fit.

Where to look

How to find opportunities

  1. Sign in with your trainer account.
  2. Open the dashboard opportunities area or a public opportunity page shared by CoachHub.
  3. Review the course brief, location, delivery type, budget, dates, and required industry before deciding to apply.
  4. If the page shows that your profile is incomplete or mismatched, update your profile before trying again.
Real logic

How CoachHub matches your profile

Required industry is the entry gate

CoachHub compares the opportunity industry with your trainer industries. No industry match means no valid profile match.

Country and city increase fit

If your location matches the opportunity location, your fit becomes stronger.

Delivery type and preferred formats matter

Opportunities become more relevant when your delivery type or preferred formats align with the required delivery setup.

Rate fit helps ranking quality

Your hourly rate helps CoachHub decide whether the opportunity is commercially aligned with your profile.

Improve fit

How to get better matching opportunities

  • Review your trainer industries and remove anything too broad or inaccurate.
  • Make sure your city, country, delivery type, and preferred formats are current.
  • Add a realistic hourly rate so the platform can evaluate fit instead of guessing.
  • Keep your profile visible and complete before expecting strong opportunity flow.
Simple rule: if an opportunity says your profile is incomplete, fix the profile first. If it says mismatch, check industries and delivery alignment first.
