Trainer application flow

Apply once. Continue the conversation in one thread.

CoachHub turns a trainer application into more than a submission form. The platform validates the fit, saves the application, and connects it to a company conversation so follow-up can continue from the dashboard.

Application fields 3 required

Comment, proposed fee, and availability are required before the application can be submitted.

The platform also checks

The opportunity must be open, your trainer profile must exist, your profile must match the opportunity, and you cannot submit twice to the same opportunity.

Apply step by step

How to apply to a company opportunity

  1. Login with a trainer account and open a matching opportunity.
  2. Click Apply on the opportunity page.
  3. Add a short comment that explains why you are a fit.
  4. Enter your proposed fee and choose the right currency.
  5. Add your availability note with dates, travel readiness, or delivery window.
  6. Submit the application and continue the follow-up from the dashboard conversation.
Validation

What CoachHub checks before sending

  • The opportunity id must be valid and the opportunity must still be open.
  • You must be logged in with a trainer account that has a trainer profile.
  • Your trainer profile must match the opportunity. A mismatch blocks the application.
  • You can apply only once to the same opportunity.
If the system blocks the application: check your industries first, then confirm your profile is fully set up and the opportunity is still open.
After submit

What happens after you apply

Your application is saved

The application is stored with the opportunity, your trainer profile, the proposed fee, and your availability note.

A company conversation is created or reused

CoachHub connects the application to the company conversation so both sides can continue in one thread instead of starting from zero.

Your application becomes a message

The company receives a conversation message containing the opportunity name, your comment, proposed fee, and availability.
